1. Fulfilment & dispatch
All orders are fulfilled by our trusted Print partner. Production and dispatch timelines are as follows:

• UK orders: Typically dispatched within 2–4 business days via Royal Mail Tracked or Signature service.

• International orders: Typically dispatched within 3–8 business days; delivery times vary by region. For example:

  • Europe: ~3–5 working days after dispatch

  • Rest of world: ~5–7 working days after dispatch

• Orders are processed in the sequence received — public holidays and high-volume periods may add extra time.

2. Shipping costs

• For UK orders delivery is free.

• International shipping costs depend on size, weight and destination. At checkout you will see the applicable rate.

• Please note: international buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or local import fees.

3. Tracking & notifications
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. If you do not receive this within 5 business days of your order, please contact us at lucygoldstudio@gmail.com

4. Important notes

• Please ensure you enter your shipping address correctly. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect addresses.

• Remote or offshore addresses (e.g., Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, islands) may incur additional charges or longer delivery times.

5. Returns & exchanges
We hope you love your products but if you wish to return an item, goods must be sent back within 14 days of receiving them.
